Jen is a repeat client who keeps me on my toes when it comes to her boudoir sessions.
The first time we worked together was in 2018, and she requested I photograph her with some “Benjamins”… so she showed up with a wad of $100.00 bills!
In January 2020 she booked me again because she lost 28 pounds, broke up with her boyfriend, and was for the first time ever living by herself (no more kiddos in the house!). She wanted to celebrate breaking free from things that had really held her back—she decided she wanted to be photographed in chains! (She told us she had literally asked the Home Depot employee how much chain would she need to wrap several times around a body! I wish I could have seen his face!)
As we finished with this “outfit,” I told Jen I felt she needed a photo of her with the chains at her feet, holding the handcuffs, representing no longer being bound by burdens.
Jen went on to express her personality by wearing something she’s a big cheerleader for… any guesses what that may be?
I love Jen’s hair! She’s naturally curly, and then lead stylist Nath just helps define those curls.
